Harefoot
Turn your Apple Watch into a structured-training watch: the workouts from your intervals.icu calendar or your own plan, step by step with the target on your wrist, race plans that pace you to your goal, and every lap in intervals.icu and Apple Health. Coming soon to the App Store, with your first month free.

Structured workouts
Run the workouts planned in your intervals.icu calendar, or build your own on your iPhone with pace, heart-rate or power targets. The watch shows each step's target, alerts you at every change, and lets you repeat a rep or extend a step.
Training plans
Build a plan for your goal race from a weekly pattern of workouts, or apply one from your intervals.icu library. Move, skip or swap a session and the watch follows.
Race plans
Even, negative-split or custom paces for your race, with the watch telling you how far ahead of or behind the plan you are. Switch goals at checkpoints, and line the distance up with the course's kilometre markers.
Every lap where you train
Each run uploads to intervals.icu with every lap, linked to the planned workout it completes, and is saved to Apple Health with its route and laps. After the run: map, laps, splits and charts, each step against its target.
Right by default
Data pages made for free runs, workouts and races, ready from the first run and adjustable on your iPhone. Auto-pause, spoken feedback, alerts, Water Lock, and your next run in the Smart Stack.
Your season
Distance against your goal, streaks, long runs, time in zones, records, a race prediction, and fitness and form from intervals.icu.
Works with
With intervals.icu, Harefoot:
- reads your planned workouts and races from your intervals.icu calendar, so the watch can offer them as today's run;
- uploads the runs you record on the watch to your intervals.icu activities (a FIT file with laps), linked to the planned workout they complete, and checks your recent activities so the same run isn't uploaded twice;
- if you allow it, adds the workouts you build to your calendar, applies training plans from your library, and reads your past runs, fitness and training zones for Season and your targets.
With Apple Health, Harefoot saves each run as a running workout with its route and laps, and, if you allow it, counts the runs other apps saved there in Season.
You connect Harefoot in its iPhone Settings with Sign in with intervals.icu. Each service asks you to allow access, and you can remove it at any time. Without them, Harefoot still records, runs your own workouts and plans, and saves to Apple Health.
